Seller Requirements

Product Guidelines

• Hazardous or illegal substances
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Offensive materials

Commission and Fees

Platform commission is applied per sale and depends on your product's category. VAT (16%) is deducted separately. The commission schedule below applies to all seller (marketplace) orders.

• Payment Processing

  Standard payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

• Monthly Statements

  Detailed earnings reports are provided monthly via your seller dashboard.

Payment Terms

Payments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. Payments are processed within 2-5 business days after customer delivery confirmation. We support bank transfers and PayPal payments. Minimum payout threshold is $25.

Important: Tax responsibilities vary by location. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations and reporting. We recommend consulting with a tax professional.

Account Approval Process

All seller accounts undergo a review process that typically takes 1-3 business days. We may request additional documentation during this process. Once approved, you can begin submitting products for review.

Product Review Process

Each product submission is reviewed by our team within 24-48 hours. Products are evaluated for quality, accuracy, and compliance with our guidelines. You'll receive notification once your product is approved or if changes are needed.

Product Submission Guidelines

All products submitted should be neatly and attractively gift-wrapped, ready for customer presentation. We recommend including the cost of gift wrapping in the product's listed price to help offset the wrapping expenses.

Policy Violations and Account Termination

Violations of this policy may result in:
